Preconstruction Manager
With more than 12 years of experience in cleanroom construction, Erika Hodess has a proven track record in successfully handling management procedures on multi-million dollar projects.
At Hodess Cleanroom Construction Erika has the dual role of preconstruction manager and project manager, from ground-up projects to interior cleanroom fit-ups. She knows the business inside and out, handling contract change and order negotiations as well as estimating, budgeting and payment approval. She manages inspections; reviews and details blueprints and construction documents; and is the interface among client, A/E, trade vendors and subcontractors.
By managing and coordinating all day-to-day activities on multiple jobs, Erika is highly skilled in providing technical support and proactively discovering and addressing potential issues. In addition, she assesses current cleanroom practices and brings them up to current best standards and guidelines.
Erika has a B.A. from Skidmore College and attended the Turner School of Construction Management. She holds an IEST Certificate in the ISO series and has completed training in OSHA 30, 510 and 500.
